Isaiah has competed at a national level in the Under-90kg class with the Australian Powerlifting League (APL) and has helped athletes reach similar stages.
Our coaching philosophy is simple:

We use programming strategies like RPE & RIR to balance intensity and monitor cumulative fatigue throughout macrocycles (blocks of training) so you can push performance while minimising setbacks.
