Isaiah Young
Osteopath, Powerlifting Coach
Dr. Isaiah Young (Osteopath) has a wealth of experience and history in the gym, from your weekend warriors to your elite level strength athletes.
By blending a combination of hands-on manual therapy like massage and manipulations, with comprehensive exercise rehabilitation and powerlifting coaching, he helps create longer lasting results that other professionals in Brisbane can’t achieve.
Isaiah opened Stampede Performance (originally: ‘Bison Osteo’) in 2022, and has been trying to change the way we perceive Allied Health with more genuine interactions and a focus on building stronger, more resilient people.
“I’m someone who values growth, connection, and adventure. I thrive on helping people realise their potential - whether that’s hitting a PR in the gym, managing an injury, or finding confidence in themselves.”
